This pixel art tileset pack contains 20+ 64x64 hexagonal pixel tilesets used in 4x strategy games.
It includes : .
Base Tiles : Terrain tiles like - Green , rocky , snowy , mountains ....
Resource Tiles : Forests , Fishes ..
Population Tiles : Village , Orchards ...
Combinable Tiles : Animal Husbandry , Fishing boats , Agriculture fields...
The combinable tiles contains tiles which can be combined with each other like - Animal husbandry provides shed + 3 variants of animals ( cow , sheep , pigs ) ,
or those which can be placed over other tiles like - fishing boats
or different stages of same tile - Paddy fields ( sown , growing , ready , harvested )
The icons are provided in individual png sprites zipped into a single file - essentials-4xgames-tileset.zip
Usage combination pngs as in the screenshots are provided in another file - essentials-4xgames-sample-usage.zip

SO is it CC0 (public domain)?
If yes, you should add the license into metadata for the asset packs:
"Edit asset pack->Metadata->Release Info->License for assets" It will increase the size of audience that will be able to find your art
